What you’ll be doing
The Sales Excellence team is looking for a talented analyst to turn data into insights and ensure high-quality data to drive leads, opportunities, and revenue. You'll work with a team of experts to instill a data-driven culture, while instituting best-in-class sales intelligence and CRM processes. This role is integral to Experian's high-performance culture and will support the sales team for one of our fast-growing businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams with data and analytics to identify insights and trends.
- Create reports and dashboards for sales leaders and reps to increase pipelines and hit revenue targets.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales strategies.
- Drive and implement best practices in Salesforce.com utilization.
- Enforce and maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce.com.
- Support sales with communications like newsletters and email updates.
- Support sellers in adopting sales tools.
Your background
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or a related analytical function, ideally in B2B sales.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com, including report pulling, dashboard creation, and case management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop (or similar BI tool).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator - preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- High accountability and proven problem-solving abilities.
