We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our expanding team, playing a key role in scaling and optimizing sales processes.
What You'll Do:
- Support and maintain our sales tech stack (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Assist in creating and managing commission structures, territory plans, and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track key sales metrics (pipeline health, SDR impact, quota attainment).
- Partner with the sales team to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support sales goals.
You Could Be a Great Fit If:
- You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- You're proficient with Salesforce, able to build reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- You have experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach.
- You're highly analytical, enjoy data analysis, and are detail-oriented.
- You're an effective communicator and collaborator, working well across teams.
