Full-Time Sales Operations Analyst (US Remote)

Sales Operations Analyst will analyze sales data, developing reports, and providing insights to enhance sales team effectiveness.

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify improvement opportunities and implement revenue-increasing strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
2. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor goals, sales metrics, and team performance.
4. Evaluate current sales processes and workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
5. Support Sales organization in maintaining accuracy from deal closure to final billing
6. Assist in the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
7. Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure understanding and support for sales plans.
8. Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, and best practices to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions), SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, or a similar tool)
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and experience balancing multiple projects.
