Intern Sales Operations Intern

Support the growth of Privia Health assisting Physician Development, New Provider Recruitment, and Business Development teams.

Assist with marketing and sales operations, focusing on CRM data integrity.

1. Review, clean, and analyze data for current and new markets in Salesforce CRM.
2. Provide analysis on Total-Available Market (TAM)
3. Offer operational support to Physician Development and New Provider Recruitment teams, including CRM data maintenance.
4. Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree, Junior year or above
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong organization and analytical skills with clear communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media, and internet research
• Adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary: $15-$17/hr (base pay, excluding bonuses and benefits)

Technical Requirements (Remote Only):

• Minimum 5 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed
