Full-Time Salesforce Business & Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Salesforce Business Analyst with strong data administration experience to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and CRM processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce enhancements.
• Administer and maintain Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations and decision-making.
• Perform data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing using tools like Data Loader or third-party apps.
• Support user training, adoption, and troubleshooting across departments.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and admins to implement and test new features or integrations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize user experience and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and industry regulations.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce administration and data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and data manipulation tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification preferred.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., marketing automation, ERP systems).
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
