Job Overview: We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented Salesforce Data Specialist to join our team, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Research and update Salesforce account data (company details, industry, contacts).
- Add new contacts, ensuring accurate field completion.
- Review data for consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Input data into Salesforce and related systems according to guidelines.
- Validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to understand data needs.
- Generate and analyze reports to track data quality.
- Adapt to new processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in data research, data entry, or related fields (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficient in Salesforce and Excel.
- Strong focus on accuracy.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
