We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales teams in maintaining accurate data and driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain 100% accuracy and up-to-date information in Salesforce, including: Contract documentation, opportunity booking and phasing, Opportunity and client lead management, Invoicing details and revenue tracking, Cleanup of outdated or pending items
- Manage and update the active pipeline
- Extract Salesforce reports and build structured rhythm for tracking opportunity closure and identifying blockers
- Participate in twice-weekly syncs with Sales and internal teams
- Actively participate in pipeline calls to ensure full alignment with salesforce data
- Support weekly sales file preparation and ensure accuracy of sales data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to revenue, pipeline, or client-related concerns
- Be agile and flexible in adapting to the upcoming migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM / Microsoft Dynamics and strong reporting/analytical skills
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills and experience working with data and dashboards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes
Work Schedule:
Flexible offshore hours with overlap to support regular coordination with onshore teams.
Available for key weekly rhythms and calls (e.g., Sales/Finance syncs, DMB meetings).
