Full-Time SAP QM Consultant

Fusion Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP QM Consultant for a major S/4HANA implementation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the QM stream team on quality management strategies and processes.
2. Assess and analyze current quality practices, identifying improvements.
3. Support documentation and maintenance of quality standards.
4. Participate in quality audits and compliance checks.
5. Contribute to quality management training materials and programs.
6. Prepare reports and presentations.
7. Resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of quality management processes and tools.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in SAP QM projects within life sciences.
• Deep knowledge of SAP QM processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
