Full-Time Science Information Security Specialist

BryceTech is seeking a Program Manager to join their team and support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). This role involves managing scientific and technical information (STI) for the Department of the Air Force.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the production and distribution of STI to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Establishing policies and procedures for STI compliance.
• Curating, organizing, and managing STI.
• Developing and maintaining digital communication tools for STI.
• Training teams on STI processes and requirements.
• Evaluating management practices and implementing process improvements.
• Supporting the drafting of DoD, USAF, and other government regulations.
• Managing STI databases and disseminating technical information.
• Ensuring proper documentation and timely transmission of STI to the Defense Technical Information Center.
• Establishing quality control processes to ensure STI accuracy, markings, and approval for distribution.
• Providing program performance reports and analyses.
• Continuously improving processes based on user feedback and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Secret clearance required, TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• Proven experience in government or military security management.
• Strong familiarity with security guidance around ITAR, export/import of data, and associated forms.
• Strong understanding of AFRL, DoD, and government security compliance.
• Strong understanding of STI policies and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills for information management and mitigation.
• Excellent organizational skills for compliance and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
