ICF is seeking an ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SCIENTIFIC DATA ANALYST to work in our Health Science Portfolio.
This group provides:
- Toxicology
- Hazard assessment
- Epidemiology
- Risk assessment
- Exposure assessment
- Computational methods
- Environmental modeling
The Scientific Data Analyst’s project work would support federal agencies, such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) in:
- Developing and evaluating traditional and computational approaches
- Implementing new approach methods (NAMs)
- Providing support services to meet these goals
The preferred work location is Durham, North Carolina; however, the candidate may be authorized to work remotely.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in fields such as bioinformatics, mathematics, statistics, computational linguistics, computer science, data science, or related area, PLUS a minimum of one year of relevant experience
- OR, Master’s degree in an equivalent field, PLUS 4 years of additional relevant experience
- Expertise in new approach methods (NAMs) or a related scientific field is highly preferred
