Job Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will foster high-performing, self-organizing teams by driving delivery excellence, enhancing Agile maturity and engineering practices, and serving as a trusted player-coach to ensure Agile principles are deeply embedded and continuously improved for consistent, value-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive consistent delivery by establishing and refining clear team cadences, tracking meaningful metrics (velocity, lead time, quality), and removing delivery bottlenecks.
- Coach the team on effective work planning and slicing, backlog refinement, and flow-based thinking to increase predictability and reduce delivery risk.
- Foster accountability and ownership within the team by encouraging engineering best practices (CI/CD, TDD, code review culture) and delivering high-quality increments.
- Facilitate Scrum events with clear focus on outcomes, value delivery, and team alignment.
- Mentor the Product Owner on backlog structure, prioritization, and readiness—ensuring delivery goals are transparent and realistic.
- Remove impediments proactively at the team and system level—whether organizational, tooling, or interpersonal.
- Promote a culture of data-informed, relentless improvement, using Scrum metrics (e.g., throughput, predictability, cycle time) and retrospectives to guide continuous improvement.
- Build psychological safety and team trust, helping the team navigate conflict and grow maturity.
- Serve as a coach to other Scrum Masters and contribute to organizational delivery practices and coaching community
Requirements

- Strong facilitation of Scrum events and delivery planning
- Skilled in backlog refinement, work slicing, and forecasting
- Proficient in using delivery flow metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time, WIP, throughput)
- Technical fluency: Familiarity with dev practices: CI/CD, TDD, code review process—able to communicate effectively with developers, testers, and product professionals
- Skilled in team coaching, self-organization, conflict resolution, collaboration with developers, QA, and product stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Jira (boards, backlog, filters, dashboards), Confluence, collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, LucidSpark)
- Fluent in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic automation (e.g., webhooks to Google Chat)
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level
