Your Department (Open Telekom Cloud): Open Telekom Cloud is a public cloud based on open-source software and driven by DevSecOps principles. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivated teams, and a dynamic business environment define our work. We are the anchor point for Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group.
Our Focus: Providing a secure, stable, and innovative platform. We partner with platform and OpenStack ecosystem partners, prioritizing European security and data protection standards. Your Tasks (Scrum Master): You understand agile software development and its close integration with operations (DevSecOps). You help teams to continuously improve success.
- Accompany and coach agile teams to promote agile thinking.
- Support product owners in identifying and removing obstacles.
- Maintain an overview of team processes, communication, and motivation.
- Improve overarching processes and structures.
- Foster a collaborative and trusting team environment.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or business field, or comparable professional training.
- 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master.
- Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and project methods (SAFe, RTE).
- High customer orientation.
- Scrum Master Certification.
- Experience with agile methods, development processes, and software tools.
- Team player, people-person, and a desire to make a difference.
- Coaching experience is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Work within the European Union (due to European taxation regulations).
