Your Department: We operate Open Telekom Cloud, a public cloud standard product based on open-source community software and driven by DevSecOps principles. Lean structures, agile methodologies, highly motivated teams, and a dynamic environment are key to our success. We are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in the Deutsche Telekom Group.

Your Tasks:
- Accompany and coach agile teams to promote agile thinking.
- Support the product owner in an agile environment by identifying and resolving potential obstacles.
- Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and team motivation.
- Engage in improving overarching processes and structures.
- Work in a supportive and trusting team environment.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or business field, or comparable professional training.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Familiarity with Agile methods (Kanban, Scrum) and project methodologies (SAFe, RTE).
- Strong customer orientation.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with agile methods, development processes, and software tools.
- Team player, people-oriented, passionate about making a difference.
- Experience as a coach is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
