Full-Time SDET IV

About the Role:

As an SDET-IV at Interface.ai, you’ll be a cornerstone of our Quality Assurance team, driving the quality strategy for our cutting-edge Conversational AI platform that powers intelligent virtual assistants for financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies.
• Build Automation Frameworks: Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks.
• AI-Specific Testing: Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior SDETs and developers.
• Performance & Scale: Design and execute load, stress, and latency tests.
• Documentation & Innovation: Maintain meticulous documentation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET.
• High proficiency in Java (or similar languages).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Exposure to testing AI/ML systems or fintech applications is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of security testing practices for financial systems.
• Contributions to open-source testing tools or frameworks.
