As an SDET/QA Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our software solutions meet high reliability and performance standards, in line with our mission.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to write comprehensive unit tests.
- Participate in the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated tests for product quality.
- Design and implement testing tools and frameworks for automation.
- Maintain excellent test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and create testing strategies.
- Report, track, and manage discovered defects.
- Build fully automated regression suite.
- Develop CI/CD pipeline for thorough testing prior to production deployments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages (especially Python and/or TypeScript).
- Experience with the US healthcare system.
- Experience in developing/maintaining automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
- REST API testing experience with automation tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience developing/testing with the OpenAI API.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
