Full-Time SDET/QA Engineer

As an SDET/QA Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our software solutions meet high reliability and performance standards, in line with our mission.

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and systems.
2. Collaborate with development teams to write comprehensive unit tests.
3. Participate in the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
4. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application quality.
5. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated tests for product quality.
• Design and implement testing tools and frameworks for automation.
• Maintain excellent test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and create testing strategies.
• Report, track, and manage discovered defects.
• Build fully automated regression suite.
• Develop CI/CD pipeline for thorough testing prior to production deployments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages (especially Python and/or TypeScript).
• Experience with the US healthcare system.
• Experience in developing/maintaining automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
• REST API testing experience with automation tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience developing/testing with the OpenAI API.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
