Full-Time Security Administrator

BryceTech is seeking a Security Administrator to support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). This role will involve providing administrative and security management support directly to the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities:

• Provide information protection and antiterrorism/force protection to AFRL.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage classified information to prevent unauthorized access.
• Comply with ITAR, Arms Export Control Act, and DoD policies.
• Maintain secure facilities per USAF and AFRL standards.
• Conduct security studies and analyses.
• Assist the Chief of Information Protection in aligning initiatives with government policies.
• Provide security input for documents like Statements of Work and CONOPS.
• Prepare DD Form 254s for routing and coordination.
• Initiate and submit AF Form 2583 requests.
• Create Security Classification/Declassification Guides.
• Provide security support in processing investigations.
• Document and validate background information for AFRL personnel.
• Monitor and report security violations.
• Provide administrative support (meetings, minutes, action items).
• Prepare reports using specific management tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Top Secret clearance
• Proven government/military security management experience
• Familiarity with ITAR, export/import regulations, and associated forms
• Understanding of AFRL, DoD, and government security requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
