Full-Time Security Analyst

BryceTech is seeking a Security Analyst to join our team and aid the Air Force Research Laboratory in managing security needs for scientific and technological information.

You will collaborate directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO).

1. Lead a small team of security specialists.
2. Ensure organizational information aligns with the Science and Technology Protection Plan.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain information protection policies, standards, and procedures.
4. Identify and validate security requirements for documents with various classifications.
5. Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint security vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
6. Regularly audit operations to uphold internal policies and industry best practices.
7. Maintain records regarding data protection processes and incident response efforts.
8. Supervise all aspects of technology control and protection planning, encompassing certification and accreditation procedures.
9. Act as a technical security advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of security leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• Strong understanding of science and technical information protection policies
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with all management levels
• Collaborative and engaging nature
• Excellent work ethic and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
