Daily tasks include:
- Detection, analysis, and management of security incidents
- Making and evaluating reports
- Monitoring the customer's environment
- Tracking IT security issues (vulnerabilities, 0day exploits, malware) and creating/fitting rules for detection in the client's environment
- Change and incident management
- Analysis of malicious code in a sandbox
Skills and experience required:
- Love to learn and desire for continuous development
- Knowledge of network models (OSI, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Business level English
- Fluent Hungarian
- Ability to work shifts (approx. one-third of working hours)
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, JS, etc.)
- Familiarity with security system logs (proxy, AV, WAF, IDS, webserver, DNS)
- PCAP analysis experience
