Full-Time Security Field Engineer

Security Field Engineer will manage customer engagements (pre and post-implementation) for technical requests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Working closely with product, sales, and marketing for customer traction.
• Implementing customer success criteria (pre and post pilot).
• Managing ongoing or in-progress customer engagements.
• Collaborating with the platform product team on customer requests, bugs, and enhancements.
• Developing and integrating specific customer detection use cases or integrations.
• Normalizing datasets and handling logins in customer environments.
• Assisting with customer presentations, demos, etc.
• Automating tasks related to customer onboarding.
• Contributing to new feature development and product strategy based on customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) and/or with a SIEM solution.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success experience.
• Data Engineering experience.
