Full-Time Security Officer

• Compliance Management: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to information security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other applicable industry-specific regulations.
• ISO Standards and Certifications: Lead efforts to maintain and achieve ISO 27001 certification and other relevant standards.
• Business Alignment: Collaborate with business units to integrate security requirements into core business processes and decision-making.
• Risk Management: Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats to information assets and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Security Awareness and Training: Design and deliver security awareness training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring a culture of security across the organization.
• Vendor and Third-Party Management: Assess the security posture of third-party vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with the organization’s security requirements.
• Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain security metrics to track compliance, risk levels, and incident response performance.
