Full-Time Security Operations Specialist

• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Lead and improve identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews. Design and enforce access governance models.
• Vulnerability Management: Coordinate vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation activities. Track and report on vulnerability status, risk levels, and remediation progress.
• SOC Partnership & Security Operations: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the SOC, ensuring SOC services align with business needs. Validate SOC alerts and outputs, escalate and follow up on incidents.
• Policy, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Support enforcement of access control policies and identity governance. Assist in audit preparation, evidence collection, and compliance reporting.

• 2–5 years of experience in IAM, vulnerability management, or security operations.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and privileged access models.
• Experience with IAM tools and vulnerability management platforms.
• Familiarity with SOC processes, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• C1 (advanced) level of Swedish & English required.
