Full-Time Security Operations Specialist

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the SOC.
• Validate SOC alerts and outputs, escalate incidents, and provide feedback.
• Test and challenge the SOC’s effectiveness.
• Coordinate with SOC and internal stakeholders during incident handling.
• Coordinate vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation activities.
• Track and report on vulnerability status, risk levels, and remediation progress.
• Work with IT and business teams to prioritize and address vulnerabilities based on risk.
• Contribute to vulnerability management policy and process improvements.

• 2–5 years of experience in security operations, vulnerability management (preferably with Microsoft XDR/SIEM platforms).
• Familiarity with SOC processes, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• C1 (advanced) level of Swedish & English required.
