Full-Time Security Solution Administrator

Task's Operation, policy management, event analysis and reporting of different antimalware solution

Responsible for maintaining, managing, and administering the antispam and encryption environments, including daily monitoring tasks

Advisory and support services to customer with regards of the above products and their operation.

Collaboration with various teams, vendors, and colleagues across the globe

Managing and maintaining different platforms

Incident handling and Change management

Preparing and introduction of new releases

Creating and updating processes

At least intermediate English language skill. German language skill is recommended

Basic understanding of network design, infrastructure, and components

Basic understanding of Linux and Microsoft products

Basic understanding of different mailing systems

Basic knowledge of encryption and certificates

Customer-oriented approach and precision

Quick understanding of complex problems

Familiar with ITIL processes

Good communication skill

Team player attitude
