CyberArk Security Support Engineers provide technical support for the company’s worldwide enterprise customers and partners. They support CyberArk products for IT Security and Privileged Access Management solutions and resolve customer technical problems through various channels (web, phone, and email).
With CyberArk being a market leader, the Security Support Engineers are expected to learn, develop, and progress in the IT Security world and CyberArk’s global customer base. This role involves both breadth and depth of knowledge in Enterprise IT, Cloud, and security solutions.
Engineers resolve customer issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting, utilizing acquired knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support for customers using Machine Identity Security products.
- Assist in designing technical solutions for customers using CyberArk’s Venafi and partner products.
- Collaborate with the Sales team for cohesive product and service solutions.
- Proactively communicate customer problems and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Guide customers through installation and customization of Venafi products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in Technical Support or a similar role in a software company.
- 3+ years of experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of complex system technical aspects.
- Experienced in enterprise-level troubleshooting and support.
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including technology, standards, and implementations.
- Understanding of securing internet applications, such as cryptography, standards, and techniques.
- Understanding of large network design, layout, and operations.
- Knowledge of directory technologies and standards, e.g., LDAP, Active Directory.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $69,000 – $96,000/year, with potential commissions or discretionary bonuses based on performance.
Compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, and skills.
