Job Details
CyberArk Security Support Engineers provide technical assistance to ensure customers securely use Machine Identity Security products.
Comfortable with occasional early morning or late work and rotating on-call work, including weekends.
Provide technical support for customers purchasing and using Machine Identity Security products.
Assist in designing technical solutions for customers using CyberArk's Venafi and partner products.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure cohesive product and service solutions.
Proactively communicate customer problems and record interactions in the CRM system.
Assist customers with installation and customization of Venafi products.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Work effectively with QA and development to resolve complex product issues.
Help create and deliver product training, and write product knowledge base articles.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Enterprise-level troubleshooting and support experience
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) knowledge, including technology, standards, and implementations
- Securing internet applications, including cryptography, standards, and techniques
- Understanding of large network design, layout, and operations
- Experience with directory technologies and standards (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory)
- Database experience (MS SQL/MySQL), including query writing
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Plus Points:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using CyberArk's Venafi products
- Experience with web application technology environments (MQ, Mainframe, WebSphere, IIS, F5s)
- Understanding of web application design and implementation
- Basic scripting or coding understanding (Bash, PowerShell, C#, Python)
- Experience with APIs
- Experience working with complex computing systems
- Direct security or systems management industry experience
- CISSP or other security certifications
Compensation:
$69,000 - $96,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus (performance-based). Base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
