Job Details
We’re hiring a Full-Time Field Technical Service Specialist to support the security integrations industry! The person in this position will maintain the responsibilities for technology installation at a variety of sites under a key client.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial service of IP video, analog video, access control and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Access Control and CCTV systems
- Familiarity or certification in Lenel, Milestone, Genetec Access/Video, Cloud-based Access/Video products.
- Understanding of structured cabling basics and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electrified locks and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of IP and networking concepts.
- Valid state driver’s license without restrictions
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history).
- Effective communication skills.
- Local Low Voltage Licensing is a plus.
