Full-Time Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overall Purpose: Facilitating, posting, and clearing third-party customer payments for entities. Providing accurate and up-to-date financial information to internal (sales, treasury) and external (customer, auditor) parties. Resolving disputes and maintaining account balances through cooperation and process improvement via root cause analysis.

Main Tasks:

• Participating in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary.
• Involved in day-to-day operations in Credit management, Invoicing, Incoming payment processing, Collection management & dunning, Customer disputes, AR Closing and periodical activities.
• Adhering to service levels, policies, and internal controls.
• Identifying and resolving issues, and working on process improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders for professional relationships and being an ambassador for the organization to Customers.
• Ensuring process manuals and relevant work instructions are created and updated regularly.

Requirements:

• Education: University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Strong Accounts Receivable knowledge with at least 3 years of finance operations experience in SSC. Experience in a service-driven, customer-oriented environment preferred.
• Experience: Preferably end-to-end experience, from invoicing to cash application.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP FI Module.
• Language: Fluent English.
• Skills: Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proactive and outcome-focused attitude, self-motivation.
