Full-Time Senior Advanced Analytics Consultant

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience aligning business and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner of new tools/processes.
• Comfortable communicating with senior executives.
• Experienced in data issue investigation, deep-dive research, & solution execution.
• 4-6 years as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst in a large consulting firm.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience in gathering/documenting requirements, interviewing stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping (source-to-target mapping, documentation).
• Data profiling, data analysis experience, with business needs alignment.
• Agile team experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong data literacy, basic data modeling understanding.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data testing experience.
• Change management experience/project involvement.
• Design thinking framework & persona development familiarity.
• Snowflake querying experience (user, developer, etc.).
• Data architecture fundamentals (data warehousing, data lakes) knowledge.
