Full-Time Senior AI & Data Consultant

What will you do?

Act as an industry expert on banking topics, demonstrating deep understanding of the intersection between technology, customers, and business in financial sector.

Establish strong relationships with senior/C-level banking clients, guiding them to explore and understand business challenges while creating data-driven and AI-powered solutions.

Shape enterprise-wide transformational Data & AI strategies for financial institutions, bridging the gap between banking business challenges, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technological tools.

Define project scope, create plans aligned with client needs, and lead consulting and implementation projects as an expert or project manager, focusing on Data & AI applications in banking.

Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams, developing dashboards and participating in complex data preparation tasks relevant to banking industry.

Operate at strategic levels, collaborating with global technical and business data practices to advise clients on their overall Data & AI strategy and implementation in financial services domain.

Contribute to building Hiflylabs' Data & AI offering and go-to-market strategy for banking sector, leading research and supporting development of new solutions.

What do you need to apply this role?

4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, especially in banking sector/financial industry at international level

Experience developing and growing client relationships

Experience working with Data & AI based solutions

Ability to operate at the strategic level

Fluent English language skills (oral and written)

What is good to have?

• Business consultants (Big4 or top-tier consultants) or large company CxO level support background
• Domain knowledge in other sectors (telecommunications, FMCG, media, energy and oil industry, manufacturing, healthcare and medicine, e-commerce)
• Prior experience with generative AI & Machine learning projects
• Knowledge of any data management methodologies and/or tools
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
