TasksYour tasks – this is what awaits you in detail You are a key player in our center of excellence, further scaling our culture of experimentation and supporting web analytics. You support product teams in conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests, ensuring insightful experiments. You co-own A/B test tooling (Optimizely Feature Experimentation), configuring and maintaining the tool. You conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses using tools’ GUIs, BigQuery and visualization tools. You plan and validate event tracking setups in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (client- & server-side). You maintain compliance with cookie consent and data privacy regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.).ProfileYour profile – this is what we expect from you You have expert knowledge in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests. You have a very solid understanding of statistical concepts such as confidence intervals, statistical significance, and Sample Ratio Mismatch (SRM). You come up with creative solutions to data and infrastructure challenges, helping product teams fully leverage A/B tests and Web Analytics. You have at least basic knowledge of SQL or demonstrate that you can learn quickly; any other related skill is a plus (Python, R, Tableau, legal etc.). You have a strong understanding of web tracking implementation, including debugging.
