Full-Time Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst Responsibilities:

Analyze and visualize data to generate strategic insights.

Extract and manipulate data from various database systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL).

Develop and implement comprehensive analytical reports.

Create data visualization dashboards in platforms like Tableau, etc.

Provide a clear narrative explaining data insights and recommendations.

Participate in defining and implementing measurement plans, ensuring adherence to KPIs and strategic goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Planning, Relationship Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.)

Utilize data science for in-depth analysis.

Actively participate in peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in multichannel analytics.

Basic SQL knowledge.

Data visualization tool experience (Tableau preferred).

Experience with measurement plans.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Anticipated base salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 (US locations only).
