Full-Time Senior Analyst, Collections

The OpportunityCint is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Collections and Credit Control team. Reporting to the Director of Collections, you will support our global client base in effective Credit Control management, primarily in the Americas, with occasional support to EMEA and APAC.

What You Will Do

• Chasing overdue accounts and invoices via phone and email
• Reconciling unallocated payments
• Handling customer invoice queries and resolving issues
• Updating account information
• Performing account reconciliations
• Meeting monthly cash collection targets (KPI)
• Providing client data
• Reporting problematic accounts to the Head of Collections
• Maintaining effective communication with customers and colleagues
• Supporting audit requests

What We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years Credit Control experience
• High volume account handling experience
• Strong customer service skills (phone and in-person)
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work with initiative
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookups)
• Strong all-around administration skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
