Full-Time Senior Analyst, Global Valuations

Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing quantitative data, determining client industry positions and financial performance, organizing solutions for project success.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing and new valuations, including due diligence, analysis, and data collection.
• Handle multiple projects independently and with team support in a friendly environment.
• Conduct back-up exhibit calls to ensure accurate information.
• Analyze key performance metrics, prepare values, and rationales for sign-off.
• Communicate directly with bank clients and appraised companies to understand company information and challenges.
• Produce high-quality reports exceeding client expectations.
• Perform research in retail, consumer products, industrial, etc., proactively communicate important events and business leads impacting Gordon Brothers Group divisions.
• Provide final appraisal reports of quantitative and qualitative findings to the client.
• Conduct solo job inspections and/or client meetings.
• Provide additional analysis support as requested.
• Maintain the Gordon Brothers’ Appraisal Application database.
• Uphold Gordon Brothers’ Core Values and contribute to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, auditing, finance, lending, or consulting preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications in a Microsoft Windows environment, MS Excel, Word.
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity and business acumen.
• Demonstrated analytical, presentation, and project management skills desired.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, including overhead allocation.
• In-depth understanding of inventory and asset accounting methodologies preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects.
