Mission: The Gross to Net (GTN) Senior Analyst is a key member of IntegriChain's SaaS and BPaaS Organization, providing managed services and business process outsourcing to bio-pharmaceutical clients.
Drive Customer GTN Close and Forecast processes.
Prepare monthly revenue-related journal entries and ledger account reconciliations. Leverage Excel models and automated GTN software.
Perform true-ups based on actual vs. accrued contra revenue GTN deduction items.
Reconcile actual transaction data to associated accrual assumptions.
Analyze, explain, and summarize gross to net variances to customers.
Alert customers to potential changes impacting their business.
Support GTN Managed Services department growth.
Participate in training and development. Track, maintain, and report monthly/quarterly operational metrics to supervisor.
Communicate effectively with customers. Comply with internal policies/procedures to ensure SOC1 compliance and customer SLAs.
Support new analysts during onboarding (department, customer, systems, workflow training).
Create reusable department templates and training/reference materials.
Drive customer success. Deliver on-time, high-quality project deliverables, managing expectations internally/externally.
Execute, analyze, and maintain GTN data/calculations within the GTN software suite.
Perform ongoing maintenance and communicate deficiencies through reporting.
Perform analysis and troubleshooting for customers.
Anticipate and meet shifting customer needs, proactively elevating issues.
Value and build relationships with customer IT, operations, and finance staff.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with the GTN Advisory team.
Assist cross-functional teams in meeting shared service arrangement goals.
Attend customer, department, and company meetings.
What you'll need:
- Understanding of GAAP revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting.
- Knowledge of pharma supply chain, contracting, and GTN data flows (direct sales, chargebacks, rebates, copays).
- Strong business analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (oral, written, listening, presentation).
- Desire for continuous self-training and development.
- Proactive, pleasant, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Adherence to processes and controls for audits.
What you'll bring:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.), CPA or MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years Life Sciences industry experience.
- 1-2 years accounting experience (customer-side or consulting).
- Financial system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, forecast tools) a plus.
