The Opportunity The Project Success Analyst will work with a technology leader in market research, specializing in online and digital methodologies. They will manage and oversee online research projects, and develop/grow customer relationships. This position is the primary client contact.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Cint's software to create & manage research surveys.
- Develop strong understanding of Market Research & Digital Advertising industries.
- Successfully manage multiple accounts & projects concurrently, ensuring quality.
- Compile & extract data from various sources (software, Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.) to present to clients.
- Coordinate with Account Management, Product, & Finance for seamless project execution.
- Work independently & manage time effectively.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, anticipate needs, and maintain high customer service while adhering to budget.
- Understand project needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver projects on-time & within budget.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience, proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, eager to learn.
- Accountable, proactive & thoughtful feedback.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial).

- BA/BS Degree
- Knowledge of online market research ecosystem
- Knowledge of programmatic sampling
- Survey design experience (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
- Market Research coursework/experience
- Microsoft Excel certification
- Statistical knowledge/SPSS, STATA, SAS experience
Compensation $53,000 - $58,333 annual base salary, plus $10,600 - $11,667 commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and paid leave.
