About the Role
We seek a highly motivated Senior Analytics Engineer, skilled in analytics and data engineering. You'll work full-stack, passionate about data-driven insights and solving complex problems to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Understand business objectives, apply advanced analytics & data engineering, and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines & analytics platforms to empower customers.
- Technical Leadership: Lead in analytics, master data tools & technologies (SQL, Python, BI tools), foster a culture of learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead in analytics, explore new technologies (AI), and share insights to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Advanced Analytics Implementation: Develop robust data models, frameworks, and custom analytics solutions to address business challenges; create business intelligence reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Best Practices Advocacy: Champion best practices in data quality, governance, testing, performance tuning, and architectural excellence.
- Cross-Team Communication: Effectively articulate technical concepts and insights to non-technical teams; mentor and support junior engineers.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years in analytics/data engineering.
- 5+ years maintaining databases & building scalable data models.
- Strong proficiency with dbt.
- Strong SQL skills (data transformation/analytical use cases).
- Comfortable with Python/R for ETL/ELT procedures.
- Experience with BI tools (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau) & data visualization.
Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 (negotiable).
