Full-Time Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities: Join our data team and build our next-generation data platform. Transform raw data into reliable, scalable, data products. Empower business stakeholders with data-driven decisions. Translate complex business needs into robust data models and self-service analytics solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in the data space (Analyst, Engineer, or Scientist)
• Proven track record of translating complex business needs into scalable data products.
• SQL Expertise: Write clean, efficient SQL code, handle large-scale datasets, and optimize SQL design for performance.
• Data Modelling & Transformation: Expertise with data transformation tools like dbt, dimensional modeling, and customizing dbt code to combine data from multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Data Warehousing: Experience designing and scaling cloud-based warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), focusing on reliability, and maintainability. Improve development processes.
• Data-Quality Champion: Proactively drive initiatives related to lineage, testing, documentation, and data quality.
• Trusted Data Partner: Work with business stakeholders and data team members to gather requirements and leverage data effectively across business domains.
• Self-Service Enablement: Optimize data for BI tools (Tableau, Looker), design user-friendly data surfaces, and empower analysts and business users to self-serve. Design Looker Explores.
• Forward-Thinking: Stay updated with AI and data technology, identify opportunities for data platform enhancements, tool stack refinement, and streamlined data processes.
