Full-Time Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role We are looking for a passionate Senior Analytics Engineer to help us bring our data platform to the next level. This includes modeling our data for final consumption and leading the design of a new semantic layer for Voicemod.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts to develop self-serve insight products that are responsive, precise
• Own the data product lifecycle, including designing tracking plans, developing data models, ELT pipelines, and self-serve insight products
• Be the data steward ensuring data quality and consistent metrics
• Design and build the Voicemod's semantic layer, ensuring that all data consumers have access to consistently defined KPIs and metrics

What you'll need

• Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics with advanced SQL skills
• Solid knowledge of data modeling
• Experience with DBT and Python
• Experience with event tracking tools like Segment, mParticle, or similar.
• Bonus Points Experience semantic layer tools, DBT, Cube Dev or similar
• Bonus Points Experience with data integration tools like Stitch, dltHub, FiveTran or similar
