Full-Time Senior Android Developer

At InPost we have built one of the most well-recognized and appreciated mobile applications in the European Logistics sector, with 10+ million users, and we are not stopping there. Our next step is conquering the international European market and scaling our mobile platform and applications across Europe. We are looking for experienced Android Developers to join us in that journey - heavily influence our platform build, improve processes, and help us deliver the best native app experience in the market.

Technologies used: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, RXJava, Retrofit, Room, Dagger Hilt, Modularized code base, and Clean architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test-covered code at a high quality and take part in team decisions to build scalable and maintainable apps.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and standards are followed.
• Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and other relevant information for applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Be comfortable working in an agile cross-functional team.
• The ability to comfortably work independently in Kotlin & Java, refactoring existing code to improve its design while working in an agile environment.
• An understanding of Mobile Software architectures including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Experience in Continuous Integration / Continues Deployment, and release process.
• A good understanding of how to use git.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and material design.
