Job Details
Senior Application Developer is responsible for development, maintenance, and testing of complex dashboards using industry standard tools within company's system.
Follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps.
Explore and learn other relevant programming languages and applications.
Interaction with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business problems will be necessary.
Tasks:
- Identify new features and improvements on standardized workbooks/existing client workbooks and processes.
- Create dashboard/new feature documentation.
- Support client bespoke requests, product development solutions-related requests, and BAU requests related to new feature implementation.
- Lead/support/attend client meetings to understand detailed project requirements, business problems, and provide recommendations.
- Build and develop new solutions/programs/databases and execute process improvement to enhance customer experience.
- Develop wireframes for standardized dashboards and customized solutions.
- Continuous learning for other relevant programming languages.
Demonstrates subject matter expertise in: Tableau, SQL, and Python.
Provide buddy system with other developers

Shift Schedule: 4 PM to 1 AM to support EMEA Region
Knowledge and expert for the following systems: SQL, Python, Tableau (at least 4 years of experience)
Degree in: mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in: developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards & analytics; working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture, and complex datasets.
Advanced knowledge of: Tableau or other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, AWS QuickSight, etc.), data storytelling and visualization best practices, T-SQL (SELECT, JOIN, UNION, CRUD operations)
Experience in: cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), Tableau relationships or similar logical join concepts.
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate.
Ability to: research and troubleshoot technical problems; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate programming skills in: Python, R, MATLAB, or any analytical programming language.
Preferably has working knowledge in: VBA, Python, Tableau Prep, Snowflake, Private Equity/Investor services industry.
