Full-Time Senior Application Developer

Senior Application Developer is responsible for development, maintenance, and testing of complex dashboards using industry standard tools within company's system. Follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps. Explore and learn other relevant programming languages and applications. Interaction with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business problems is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new features and improvements on standardized workbooks/existing client workbooks and processes.
• Create dashboard/new feature documentation.
• Support client bespoke requests, product development solutions, and BAU requests related to new feature implementations.
• Lead/support/attend client meetings to understand detailed project requirements, business problems, and provide recommendations.
• Build and develop new solutions/programs/databases and execute process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Develop wireframes for standardized dashboards and customized solutions.
• Continuous learning of other relevant programming languages.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Provide buddy system with other developers.

Shift Schedule: 4 PM to 1 AM to support EMEA Region.

Knowledge and Expertise: SQL, Python, Tableau (4+ years experience)

Required Education and Experience: Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards & analytics. Working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture, and complex data sets.

Advanced Knowledge: Tableau or other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, AWS Quicksight). Data storytelling and visualization best practices. T-SQL (SELECT, JOIN, UNION, CRUD operations). Cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).

Skills: Tableau relationships or similar logical join concepts. Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate. Research and troubleshooting technical problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate programming skills (Python, R, MATLAB, or any analytical programming language). Preferably VBA, Python, Tableau Prep, Snowflake, Private Equity/Investor services industry experience.
