Seeking a Senior Application Consultant - Test lead with hands-on experience in QA and Workday.
Your role
Lead end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations and enhancements.
Manage test planning, execution, and defect triage across multiple modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
Understand and interpret Workday functional requirements to develop test plans and test cases
Drive automation using Tosca or Workday Extend, integrating with Workday Testing Accelerator (WTA).
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality.
Mentor and guide a team of testers and engineers.
Your skills and experience
Strong experience in Workday testing lifecycle.
Hands-on with Tosca automation or Workday Extend.
Familiarity with WTA and Workday Studio is a plus.
Tech industry domain would be an added advantage
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of QA engineers, assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.
