Full-Time Senior Architect (Remote)

To help continue our rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need a Senior Architect to join the team.

Design and oversee the implementation of architecture solutions that align with client needs, industry standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and operations teams to develop strategic technical plans that drive business value.

Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to propose enhancements and optimizations for existing systems.

Lead and mentor junior architects and engineers in a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and security.

7+ years of experience in IT architecture is required, with a preferred focus on managed services.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

You should be willing to provide after-hours and weekend support, as necessary.

Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

Experience leading projects from technical implementation is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (should be current, renewal is required every year) is preferred.
