- Customer service: 1-2 years of experience.
- Responsible for quality monitoring of production staff and disseminating feedback.
- Scheduling regular calibration calls with client’s quality assurance.
- Client service (phone or Email).
- Good verbal and written communication (in English).
- Able to hold a free flow conversation (in English).
- Team player.
- Execute the work per process.
- Escalate doubts/clarifications.
- Basic Knowledge of US Mortgage Regulations in Origination (preferrable).
