Position SummaryAs a BI Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights. You'll leverage data to enhance operational efficiency and inform product development. You'll work with other departments to improve business understanding and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (reports, dashboards, data models) to support business operations.
- Analyze large datasets from various sources, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives and the executive team.
- Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, and metrics.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in reporting and data workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Clinical, Product).
- Communicate data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience as a BI Analyst.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL experience.
- Understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
