Full-Time Senior Brand Manager - Pharma Consumer Health

As Brand Manager for Consumer Health, you will lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans for the Nicotinelle portfolio. You will drive brand growth, market share, and profitability, aligning with DRL’s mission.

• Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement annual brand plans and long-term strategies. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer insights.
• Marketing Execution: Co-lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and healthcare channels. Collaborate with co-marketers to brief media agencies.
• Support creative agencies and internal teams to develop promotional materials. Manage product launches and lifecycle strategies.
• Act as daily contact with co-marketers and liaise with sales teams. Gather field insights and competitor intelligence.
• Performance Management: Monitor brand performance through KPIs (sales, market share, ROI, distribution). Create monthly reports and presentations.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend. Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain teams. Align brand strategies with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
• Innovation & Portfolio Development: Identify consumer trends and unmet needs to guide new product development. Contribute to portfolio expansion strategies.
