Full-Time Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

You will play a key role in understanding business objectives, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization in business processes.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
