Senior Business Analyst – Workforce Management Solution

About this Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the integration of Workforce Management (WFM) platforms (WFC & PRO) and the implementation of Workday in our Back of Stores domain. The role focuses on analyzing complex business processes, facilitating solution design, and ensuring successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in WFM platforms, Agile methodology, and a strong understanding of Workday integrations.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
• Facilitate design of solutions (process, technical, and organizational).
• Ensure end-to-end solutions deliver business results.
• Drive process adoption and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Define, test, and implement functional requirements.
• Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and functional design specifications.
• Coordinate user activities, execute test plans, and validate user acceptance tests.
• Support the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support after implementation.
• Perform business process mapping, functional and technical gap analysis.
• Analyze overall project considerations and provide ROI and solution recommendations.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (required)
• Experience with UKG PRO testing strategies and manual testing (required)
• Risk & compliance management experience for UKG WFM (required)
• Understanding of SOX Compliance (required)
• Experience with Agile SAFe methodology (required)
• Project management experience (required, but not seeking Project Managers)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Pay/Salary Range

Pay Range: $65-70/hr
