Highly collaborative role working within a passionate cross-functional team (Product Management, Engineering, and Product Designers).
Proven analytical skills and a 'can-do' attitude are essential. You'll propose, document, and deliver.
Define concise, end-to-end user stories to drive frontend and backend development in an agile environment.
Crucial role bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Required experience:
- Demonstrated BA delivery experience within agile scrum methodology.
- Detailed analysis and requirements elicitation.
- Translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Documenting As-Is and To-Be states.
- Strong understanding of OCR and RPA solutions.
- Confidence with JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional agile teams (remote and on-site).
- A blend of technical and business BA experience.
Preferred experience:
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end home loan application lifecycle.
- BAU support experience including resolving Helpdesk tickets (desirable).
