Full-Time Senior Business Analyst

Highly collaborative role within a passionate cross-functional team including Product Management, Engineering and Product Designers.

Demonstrating proven analytical skills with a 'can do' attitude. Propose, document, and deliver.

Define concise, end-to-end user stories to drive frontend and backend development in an agile environment.

Senior Business Analyst role bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Required:

• 3+ years of demonstrated BA delivery experience within agile scrum methodology.
• Detailed analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Translating requirements into user stories, documenting acceptance criteria and As-Is/To-Be states.
• Confidence with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional agile teams (remote and on-site), including Engineering, Product, Design, and Quality Assurance.
• A blend of technical and business BA experience.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently/in a team.
• Awareness of digital design and connectivity with the backend.

Preferred:

• Understanding of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end home loan application lifecycle.
• BAU support experience including resolving Helpdesk tickets.
